hey well i got my ipod nano 5th generation the one with the video camera.
i have heaps of videos that i have taken with it, but i dont no how to get

those videos and put them in my computer. they wont show in my itunes wen i

plug it in i dont get it, how do i get those videos and put them on my comp.

I also want to upload a home movie from a DVD to my PC and put it on my IPOD.

Can anyone please walk me through the steps. I have no clue what I am doing!

Plug your iPod to the computer from the ubs port. (Make sure you have the latest itunes updated.)
There should be an auto play pop up screen. If this happens, you just click the add files to computer button.
If your computer doesn't auto detected it as a portable hard drive. Open My Computer by clicking the start bottom on your task bar. Click devices with portable storage, you should see your device. Click it, and right click explore. It should show all your files in the folders. Then open my documents in a separate window.

Highlight all the files you want by clicking them while holding down the ctrl key. when you're done. Either manually move them by dragging to your opened documents window, or right click (while still holding down the ctrl key) and click the send to, then my documents.

It should be that easy.
