This implies that you have figured out the entirety of people in general. If you'd done that you'd know how complex and diverse we humans are. Even in my limited experience I've encountered radically different approaches and styles. People like to think that relational paradigms are at least somewhat homogenous. They aren't, and the more I live life, talk to people, etc... the more I realize just how diverse relationship dynamics really are. Monogamy vs Polyamory, deliberate vs spontaneous, casual sex vs emotional bonds, emotional vs physical intimacy, attraction through empathy vs attraction through sexuality vs attraction through intellect vs etc, straight vs bi vs gay vs queer, transsexuality and flexibility of gender, sociological constructs of romance, gender roles vs reversal vs aversion vs subversion, etc. Every fucking combination of the above you can imagine. Besides, if we all followed the same rules, that'd be pretty boring wouldn't it?
