I hate feeling the way I do every day almost,which is really depressed. It has been a really bad year for me I mean...My dad passed away and this week is his inquest day..It's going be so hard, I know it's been a year but I really miss him. He was the only person in my life that was always there for me and now he is gone...
Also,family problems have rised again and I really want to move out but I don't know who I would need to talk to...I just don't know what to do anymore.
Then you have everything else that I am so damn confused about and everyday I just feel so lonely. At night when I try to get some sleep,what sleep I get I'm having nightmares!!!
*Sighs*
I'm falling apart,any help please..Serious replys I hope you understand and don't judge me for this

I'm scared to fall asleep too. All I can think of is to go through the motions until things get better. Sorry I'm not much help.

thats brave that you would post something so heartfelt and sad even if it is anonymous. cant say ive been there, but i have in a different sorts ya know? everyone goes through some shit and im sorry about your dad. id lose everything if it was my dad...if you need a crying shoulder, or maybe just a friend to vent to im glad to be of service :) be safe

Thankyou both of you... I just wish I knew what do,wish I could make the right decisions and be happy again. I'm sorry to be such a pain it's just,I honestly can't keep living my life like this...
