I'm not really sure if I have a sort of depression, but I think that I might. I've been through many long relationships felt sad at the end of each one. However, for some reason I'm feeling something deeper after this most recent breakup. It's not like I'm thinking about killing myself, but I just feel like shit all the time. I've only told one of my friends about it and he really doesn't know what to say. I try to go out and hang with friends to keep my mind off it, but I just end up wearing a mask and spending most of the time thinking about him and how much he doesn't miss me. Last night I went out to drink with some friends and I only ended up drinking one bottle of Smirnoff because I was sure that if I kept going I would have one of those drunken crying nights that I hate.  Nothing like this has ever happened to me and I'm not sure what to do. Advice telling me to talk to the guy about it won't help either because he already knows that I think I made a mistake in breaking up with him and he isn't sure if he wants to be with me again or not. I'm not sure if anyone on here can help, but it did feel good to tell more people

I feel the salty waves come in. I feel them crash against my skin.
And I smile as I respire because I know they'll never win.

ive been dealing with clinical depression since i was 6 so i know how you feel. everyday i get up and feel unmotivated, negative and my heart and chest hurt. its just a mental state of mind. im suppose to treat mine with meds but i gave that up at 13. just try and think of positive things that make you happy. write on here to random people and joke about lame stuff. or get your self a ryhming note book and write some killer poems/songs. idk just friendly advice. sorry if i didnt help and kudos if i did.
hang in there champ! :)
