whenever i see,hear his name,see his name or anything on myspace, whenever he randomely im's me, whenever a friend mentions him, or a song reminds me or him, ANYTHING concerning my last ex boyfriend [who i was with a year and a half], I:
-automatically start to shake [no lie]
-feel weak
-sick to my stomach
-i want to cry, but cant
-and my heart starts beating like crazy we broke up two months ago,
is this normal still? I want it to go away so badly,
he's over it, i know that for sure.
but i feel stupid that he still has an effect on me,
its not purposely, it just happens.. when will it end

Well one good thing came out of it all.. you changed him. Hopefully he still is the way you changed him though. Make some new guy friends. Try and get your mind off this one guy.
