is doing amazing things for my body..
i've been overweight since i was sixteen and hated myself because of it. i've started diet and exercise things in the past... but never managed to stick to em.. but for the past few months i've been running every day. i can't go very far yet.. or very long without having to stop. but every day i push myself just a little further..
tonight in the shower i noticed that my legs are definitely trimmer.. and firmer.. my calves look amazing!! i love it..
my waistline is getting a little smaller too.
it isn't a huge difference yet.. but i'm very excited.
this is the sexiest i've felt since i was fifteen..
I LOVE IT!!
question:: should i start running twice a day instead of once? or just keep going as i am? don't want to overdo it because i'm excited..
thoughts? opinions?

No, don't run twice a day, only once. Your muscles need time to relax. Perhaps, do it for longer. How long do you run for and how many days a week?

Stick with once a day until you're kicking up higher mileage, then pace it out a bit more and do day on day off so your muscles can rest. There's plenty of good insight on the web if you search up something like "5k training program" just to get started.

Stay at once a day or your body will have difficulty recovering. Make sure that you are taking a day off as well.
