is there some sort of propaganda thats going around that i missed somewhere?

since i can remember i've had places like India, ground into my face, where ignorance, disease, poverty, and babies are abound, and in africa, where all you see are pictures of babies running around naked and with bloated bellies from malnutrition.

does this just turn off some part in us that has a need to reproduce?

upper class families only have from 1 to 3 children, while the averaged lower class family has 5.
wtf is up with that?

while most people i know have absolutly no desire to have children at all, like myself.

i think it's propaganda, but honestly i think it's a great idea, but they should aim it more at the low classes, and third world countries.
this is a definite way to prevent further global overcrowding

It's really up to that person, and no one else.

People in other countries continue to have children because they don't have the option of bitch control.

I really know more people that do want children, than ones that don't.

A lot of people tend to sleep with a lot of people and have kids, but other people just want large families. Once again, it depends on the person.

The majority of people I know want at least one child.

'Trashy' people don't care what you tell them, they'll still have kids. I work at a grocery store, I see the food stamps ALL THE TIME.
