to get used to a regular 7-hour-a-night sleeping schedule if yours is really bad? I usually go to bed around 2AM and wake up at 11AM, and want to start getting up at 9AM

people are supposed to go to sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 6 am, between those hours your body gets the most out of its sleep.
it'll take a week or so, even if you are not tired you should take a hot shower before (so you get relaxed) make some chamomile tea and just lay in bed even if you cant sleep. Eventually you'll be able to fall asleep at the desired time.

6am? There's no way I could do that. 9 is pretty early for me lol. I might start waking up around 6 when I actually get a job, but eh.
