what does it mean when a girl says she wants to take things with you and her incredibly slow...cuz this girl said we obviously are both attracted to one another but i want to take things really slow to make sure what we have is real....(shes so hesitant around me and wont even be affectionate with me at all)..then today she went out of town for a couple days and i told her to text me when she got there and shes said nothing to me all day...

It means what it sounds like- building the relationship slowly to avoid hurdles.

That's how I approach everything, except that instead of "taking it slow" I simply build friendships before ever considering 'dating'. Building a real friendship takes time.
