Recovery sucks! I'm not getting anywhere! Its like trying to run, but while running something is holding you back from going anywhere. I'm a failure! Maybe I  should just give up on even thinking about ever recovering from this!

I had gotten up to 520 calories already today, but then threw up once, so now I'm back down to 490. My parents do not know about my relapse this time, and they're thinking that I'm getting better. My nutritionist is going to kill me tomorrow. I'm probably not even going to tell her. Even though I know lying isn't ever going to get me to recovery.

I'm going to have to find a way out of this eventually.

Well, just tell them about it and tell them you're trying.

having an eating disorder is an extrememly hard thing to overcome. it's going to take time, and patience on your part and others'. if you're trying your best, then that's all anyone can ask for.

don't lie about anything either because you're right, that's not going to help you with your recovery..

try looking at food differently, and not that it's gross and going to make you fat, but that it's good for you and it's going to make you healthy.

you're beautiful, and i admire your strength. (:

Tell your nutritionist. Relapsing is part of recovery - just get right back on the horse.

If you tell her she'll know its perfectly normal to relapse and she'll be able to give you some helpful words and advice. They can't help you if you aren't honest with them.

Trust me, you're going to go throught a lot of regrets. You have to trust yourself that you are happy with who you are.. Because simply if your not, you're not going to stop.
