I've just been on my blog (no, I'm not going to give a link) and I finally see what everyone's been telling me. I've fucked up my body so much. Someone commented asking how tired I get not eating and it hit me. I haven't not been tired for the past four years. Sure, I've had terrible insomnia, but I've always been shattered. And I was about to post on here asking if it was normal for your arms and legs to be so tender someone brushing against them makes you wince and bruise... Of course it's not. I've killed my digestive system with diet pills (and not told any of the specialists I've seen that I've taken them), I'm always cold, my nails don't even qualify as nails anymore- they're so brittle... The list goes on. It terrifies me... how I can make myself so ill and want to continue. And, even though in my heart of hearts I want help, I'm never going to ask for it...
Yeah, I look at thinspo and write a pro-ana blog. But I've realized why I do it. I want to make other people sick like me... just so I have people to relate to, people who look up to me. I don't even know what I want you all to say, what I would listen to. But I really am sorry to all the people I've 'helped'.

Thats exactly how it was for me. And now puking hardly even phases me. It's ridiculous. Don't start. It gives you headaches and a never ending sore throat and bad breath that you can't get rid of. And thats just beginning. Then your teeth start to rot and your throat lining is stripped away. And heart problems. After I purge my heart races and hurts like hell. And I wake up in the middle of the night with chest pain. Please don't start purging.
