Every time I smoke, I start to shake - maybe a niccy rush?
Any reasons why?
I've been smoking socially for a few years, but recently I've started smoking because it helps me cope with stress; i'd rather smoke than cut or purge.

I think that's always what has kept me from getting really into smoking. When I do it too much I get shaky as hell. I don't know if I would call it a "nice" rush...it's kind of uncomfortable? Maybe not for you.
I guess ultimately my best advice would be to find a better way to cope with stress because in the end, this is just going to become as problematic as the other two options. To each his own though I guess.
