but my boyfriend and I are like the only ones out of all our friends that dont live with our parents and have to work to pay bills and dont want to waste money on shit like that all the time or stay out super late.

I'm guessing that you live with your boyfriend right?

If so you kinda made that choice when you two got a place not to have the money to waste on things like that.
You can't have everything so have a bit of give and take with them.
Do stuff they like and then ask them to just come round and hangout in exchange.
