It didn't come in that night, and I went home like she said. The next morning I come in, and apologize, for the inconvenience, not for leaving like she said, and she just was, you could tell, she didn't even have to say anything, the way she was talking to me, she was pissed at me about it. I thought that maybe I was just imagining this, but today I find out she cut my hours down for next week, presumably as some kind of punishment. Did she set me up here? I mean, am I just paranoid? I never trusted my coworkers, but I never thought my boss might try to take me out.

What ever the issue is, this lady has no right to backtrack on comments made previously and reducing your hours just tops it all off.
If she is not giving you an opportunity to defend your case than clearly the problem is a lost worse and legal action may be vital to resolve such a conflict. Otherwise, try finding another job.
