You don't have to fit the whole thing in there...
Not to mention there's something called deep-throating, where you actually push it down your throat. That takes practice though and even with practice you may not enjoy it, really it's up to you. Personally I like deep-throating, but I have a hard time suppressing my gag reflex - that's the part that takes practice.
As for other people deep-throating me, I haven't had anyone try - I've only even asked one person and they didn't want to so I left it at that.
