She came to me and we talked about her past a lot of depressing shit and then right at the end i asked her why she was telling me this, and she told me she wanted to cut. So i've told her that i care about her, its okay, ill accept her if she does or not, that im there for her, and listening to her. Is there anything else i should be doing?

Exactly. She needs to hear that she shouldn't be doing it while at the same time, if she does and needs help, that you'll still be there for her to help her.
