Yeah I've had this before, just like that. Its never good. Have a cool shower and drink alot of water, then go lie down and listen to calm/slow music.

I get horrible migraines...try running really cold water over your head...massage the pressure point between your thumb and index finger...dark, cold, silent rooms...I like to turn my fan on high...helps me sleep
