Isn't it all just our brains sending messages to react.. I mean in some instance, we feel nothing until we acknowledge what were touching..oo

Take for instance when I held my curling iron on the hot spot.. I was brushing my hair, and my brother was like ... "How the fuck." I'd look and that's when all the sensations came in.

So pain, is nothing but pshychological.. yes?

Well I wouldn't say just psychological, because blind people for instance still have perception of heat and pain. There are a lot of neurological and physiological responses involved in detecting pain (amongst other receptors), but there are psychological factors involved.

A signal is sent to the brain from the area that is hurting. The brain then sends a signal back to the area that is hurting, inducing a response.

So no, pain is not psychological.

What if you don't think about the object interferring?

How much does something hurt then?

You don't need to see something for your receptors to take note of it. See my post in this topic. I mean blind people still feel pain, do they not?
