I've been trying to eat healthier, so I've been making this sandwich. I take a multigrain roll, slice it in half lengthwise and put shredded parmesan cheese on it, I put it under the broiler for a few minutes, then I put tomato slices on it, put the two sides together, and finish it for a few more minutes in the broiler to warm it up. Do you think that sounds healthy or should I cut back on the parmesan?
