Of course its always best to be honest. Just because someone invites you to a pub doesn't mean you have to accept. Going to a pub with a guy other than your bf and there being no other friends there would create an unusual situation.
People go to the pub to drink...right? Often people get drunk or high when they drink....right? People off drop their guard and become very talkative, very friendly and lose some of their inhibitions when they drink...right? Now, if this guy knows that this might happen it might just be his lucky night....right?
Why would you put yourself in this situation?
