Hey. Like others have said, we cannot really help you stop crying unless we understand why you are crying in the first place. Another thing is, its okay to cry, sometimes tears is the best comfort and medicine for a broken heart or emotional problems.
If you really want to stop crying then you must confront the problem that you are facing, come to terms with it, basically just grasp it. Once you understand why you are crying and cannot stop, then you need to take your mind away from it by occupying it with something else. Maybe hug a teddy bear or go for a quiet walk (Please keep safe while walking at night) or even simply listening to music. Basically just keep your mind away from the problem.
Sooner or later through, you are going to need to confront your problems either by attacking them directly or talking them out. May I suggest you post them on Livewire? You can even post anonymous if you are too embarrassed to share publicly. You don't have to be alone in your time of need, no one should have to be but I am glad that you have chosen to make this topic so I could at least give you some advice as a friend.
