Like up until this week iv had like super insomnia (for like 15 years) and now all of a sudden out of the blue im exhausted all of the time. This constant super exhauston has been causeing me sleep all day and its crazy an slighlty frustrating cause I can't figure out why its happening, anyone have any idea why?
