Then its blocked right thru the router. You'd have to go in and change the router settings. Go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 see if you get to a router page. If they are smart they will have a password on that page tho.

Generally those things search the pages (proxies) for keywords such as 'proxy' and 'bypass'. Try finding one that doesn't use that.

I can't find any page for blocked websites though.

In the topic it seems like web proxies, anything she does through web proxies or otherwise are going to result it being blocked if it's a smart filter like it seems.

Definitely this, especially since openDNS tends to keyword search, like I said earlier.

yea they have some filters, and you can block individual sites.
