I work at a plant nursery.  I started at seven dollars an hour and recieved a raise of fifty cents at my 3 months evaluation, which they actually gave me late at six months.  I have now been here over a year and have got a year evaluation and no raise.  I am a good worker and whatnot.  Am I justified in asking for a raise?  How would I do that if I was?  Help please.

If you work hard and, start on time and, are pleasant to customers and staff you deserve a raise.

If you enjoy the job, why not earn up on horticulture and become knowledgeable, even get qualified from studying for an exam in it, and then you can pick the best job and be granted a good salary.

If you believe in yourself good things,
then go do it.
