I get charlie horses often enough, but rarely from actually exercising. They either wake me up at night or set in randomly when I'm sitting around or something. Oh, the only time I've gotten them while I was actually doing something physical was when I was swimming, since I would push off the walls at the end of each lap.
I hate charlie horses. I actually tend not to get them from exercising, but more after I've been sitting around for too long or if I stretch in a funny way when I wake up in the morning.
