The level is supposed to be remniscent of an underground palace or sewer...

I am having some trouble with a pipe I am attempting to place. I can't figure out how to make the pipe/cylinder slant or slope downwards so it can reach the ground, the Move tool won't allow it.

Please tell me there's a way to do it? I'm stuck.
