Microsoft's Peter Molyneux has confirmed widespread reports that Fable III will support the new Project Natal motion control device.

Speaking last night at a BAFTA event, Molyneux said that the forthcoming RPG title will incorporate the Natal camera into its gameplay. However, no further details were given on how this would be achieved.

Molyneux also revealed that a new micro-transaction system will be introduced to the in-game shop, in which players can purchase items such as swords.

He further mooted the concept of walkthroughs coming to the store, but cautioned that many of these development ideas could still be dropped before the game ships.

Announced at Gamescom in August, Fable III will be released for Xbox 360 in late 2010. In the game, players will take on the role of king or queen of the land to rule over it as they see fit.

Natal is currently uninteresting, should be good when developed though.
