Hey everyone,

My name is Brett Stapper and I am freshmen at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.

I recently launched the website Home Jotter.com to help college students find off-campus housing.

We launched it in July of 2009 and it now features properties in over 500 colleges nationwide.

Anyways, we are investing more into the website and are planning a complete new design and new features. I am looking to get the opinion of colleges students from all across the country as opposed to just in my local area.

Before I get nasty comments..

I understand that some colleges DO offer these types of lists. That hasn't stopped us yet and we don't plan to let it. My school here has a website for off-campus housing but their customer service is terrible so nearly every company in the area has signed up with us and is thrilled about our services.

I also understand that there are some websites like this. Craigslist is a big one, but it can be very difficult to have to get the right keyword in to find housing because everyone lists it under something different.

Thanks for your help and I look forward to reading your comments.

in your first page (index) when you hover the mouse in the maps of country, you need to put some description.

also, you can put some search option for more user friendly interface.
