now i know some rights-to-weed activist is gonna quote me and tell me how weed does not make you make stupid decisions and then list all the reasons why it's a good thing and use science to prove that it's not a bad thing

i just wanna go ahead and say don't waste you breathe because i'm not one of those omg-weed-will-kill-you type people.

and i know not everyone is stupid when they do weed. everyone is a different high just like every is a different drunk.

BUT i do not wanna chance being one of the stupid highs.

i dont wanna like it so much that i spend lots of money on weed when i could be buying better things for myself. i dont wanna risk being caught with paraphernalia and spend time in jail.  

i have tones of fun while being sober so i dont need alcohol or weed or any other kind of mind-altering substance.

it's a personal preference so please: if you're a rights-to-weed activist or whatever, please dont feel the need to try to prove me wrong in any way. i'm just stating my preferences

sorry about the ramble. it's just every time i even so much as state that i don't like weed or the idea of it, i get virtually jumped by a ton of weed lovers. just wanted to try to avoid that

Idon't buy weed but if someone wants to smoke and offers then i smoke. I enjoy it, I think people who are more 'inspired' when high are goofy though.

i do not smoke it because of the way it temporarily lessens your abilities, such as reaction time, and people are more prone to make stupid decisions while high because of how loopy they sometimes get. such as my friends thinking it was a good idea to drive a car while high and then causing chaos in someone's yard while trying to drive out and the trying to park. also the last thing we need is a high person driving so that their reaction time is slower, therefore causing some kind of accident.

that may be your experience, but its not that way for everybody
i can do a lap around a track in my car faster high than sober
i can picture the lines easier in my head, and am more aware
but then again it doesn't effect me that much anymore
