My stepmom who i have lived with all my life is a bitch. For the past couple months i have tried to be nice to her and what not because she has lupus and its hard for her. But she just drives me fucking insane. from the time she enters the door till she lives for work the next morning all she does is yell at me. even if there is nothing to yell about she will find something. We cant be in the same room for more than 3 minutes without her starting shit. So today, she began the same shit as always and i just cracked. I told her exactly how i felt and she told me it was a bunch of bullshit and to get over myself. So I said to her what I have been wanting to say for a really long time "Fine forget i even fucking exist" and she said fine....then I wrote her an apology after i had calmed down. She read it and said thanks...tonight my dad wanted to take us all out to hayama which is an excellent sushi place. i stepped into the entry way and she says well is she going and i said yes and she said well then im not going. so i said fine ill stay home..and i came into my room. apparently she left the house. my dad tried to get me to go with him and my sister but im just not hungry anymore. I actually just wanna curl up in a ball and sleep the rest of the night. God i fucking hate her!

it always helps to pray.........i heard in anger management that you have to out cool the other person....so try that .....out cool her....don't provoke her ...speak your mind in a calm way.....once the yelling starts....say ...we're gonna talk in a calm manner or we;ll just have to wait til someone cools off........remember things don't stay the same forever,it might take some time.....one day you'll be out of there.......
