I have art classes. Drawing and other artistic and liberal things are right brained, talking, math and others are left brained. As humans using one brain over the other results in better performance. I.E. doodling during math class=bad match grades. Therefore in my Graphic Comm classes I or rather no one talks, and I have those classes on MWF. No one talks in our class because we want good art, the other art classes talk and it is reflected in their artwork. And I T&Th I have Communications(speech) which ironically is the proctor talking to us for 2 hours. And as a result of not talking to people that much I've shyed up. I though I got over that over the senior-freshman summer. I could talk and flirt with girls with ease, doesn't mean anything would become of it or I would get a number, but I could do it. Now I am choking up again. TLDR
My classes don't really have any socialization and therefore more social skills are back in the toilet, I want to have a normal college experience, girl & booze & parting but here I am on my 3rd month in, I haven't made any friends or gone and done anything, what can I do?

I know how your feeling. I thought I'd got so much more confident over the summer had a great bunch of friends then wham! They're all gone, I'm thrown in with a whole bunch of new people and I feel so shy again. My advice (this is what I'm going to try) is to aim to talk to someone new everyday if possible.. so if you end up sitting next to someone, ask their name, get to know them.. or join a group where you can meet people. Its gonna be hard, but small steps!

I wan't to. However I really want to get better and on top of that some chick already got scolded at for talking during drawing which resulted in a long monloge about left brain on right brain.
