I just downloaded CS4 from a friend last night but I didn't have the activation code handy. I was thinking about just starting up the 30 day trial version but instead I decided to go find a code off the internet. Turns out the code I put in was already expired (I feel very smart about that) so now I can't access any of the programs which I spent about 3 hours downloading because my "Licens for this product has expired".

I never got to open it once .

A great tip would be where I go to delete the .dll from my directory to replace with another .dll file I have that should fix it. I already have it in a folder in my documents... I just can't figure out where to put it... and yes I was up all night trying to figure this out.

Can anyone help me?

...buy it?

I don't have $700 to spare right now.

Any way, it's a simple problem that I have seen many people fix before... I just don't know how to do it for myself.
