If I bought an item and am almost certain it is a fake, didn't realize till I did some research and the description never said authentic on it, however did say specifically what brand it was from, can I ask for a return. I am going to go through the steps that a lot of people are saying on how to spot if it's fake. It has not arrived yet, but I am really starting to get worried it's fake. What a mistake it was to buy it that cheap

Well, you have to look over the seller's listing of the product. Does it say "as is"? Does it mention anything about returns?
If it doesn't say as is, you have every right to file a complaint against them if it says one thing and it's not what it's described. As far as trying to get your money back... i don't know how possible that is, but you can call ebay support and see what they say.
But before you file a complaint, talk to the seller and see what they say. They may be able to give you your money back for the product if you're not satisfied. Always try to talk to them first before filing a complaint though. Usually ebay will tell you that themselves (I think the suggested time span is like a month). Most people are feedback freaks- they'll try their best to help you out in hopes that their feedback stays in tact.

Wording is everything. Chances are they have used something tricky in there to try to cancel out the returns.
Obviously, first of all do they offer returns? What's their policy? They should have the details typed out, and if not I think it's returns under any circumstances?
It would be much easier if we could see the ad on ebay...

It doesn't saying anything about authenticity or returns. However, it does claim it is the brand and all that. So technically that's still illegal if it's posing as that brand even though it's not saying it's authentic.(Assuming that it is probably fake) I am going to check out the item once it comes and use the steps that a lot of people were telling me to spot if it's fake, I am almost 100% it is.
