Interesting and sad.
While I'm talking about eating disorders, does any one else agree that people should be more educated about eating disorders in modern day society? It seems that no one really knows what they are and where/how to get help. But maybe that's just the people I talk to.

I was reading an article the other day. They used to think it was that anorexics were so physically weak that even minor suicide attempts were lethal, but then found out that people with severe anorexia chose the most lethal methods- from jumping in front of trains to shooting themselves.

Yeah I guess so, but I think it depends where you live. There's more information in the city vs the country obviously, and different cities have different levels of information available too.

We hardly learn anything about it in PD, all we had was one lesson on it, it's bull shit, I learned more from here.

I know EVERYTHING even the scary facts && 98% of the time I'm still not willing to recover.

But yes there should be more education. To avoid eating disorders && so that other people can place others in treatment if need be. Most won't go on their own. They have to be pushed or forced into it. Then maybe they'll see that they want to recover.

Unfortantly I don't think I had a high enough level of treatment. It did nothing for me.
