So lately I've been stressing myself out over little things that frankly have little to no significance. I've been letting my grades slip, and I keep scaring myself about my current boyfriend. I've been jaded before and I really care about him so I don't want to lose him. Any ideas on how to cope with stress? Anything is much appreciated.
