I got good AV (Non Free/Paid) so it should be fine, just want a good firewall.

Comodo is one of the only good free ones, really have to go paid for a good firewall.
Anyways, I thought you had a "Department of Defence" firewall which was capable of halting cyber attacks. Why would you want to change away from something like that?
