Like those before me said, you need a CD burner which generally comes installed in your computer. You can, however, go out and buy one if it's not already there on your computer (I think...) If not, you can always try and send the files to a friend who does have a CD burner and perhaps get them to install it. You could try getting them burned elsewhere, such as Best Buy, etc. Sometimes the people in those stores are really nice and helpful. You'd just have to transfer (or copy) the files onto a flash drive and get them to work their magic. :P
As for the software, it should also already be on your computer. Most likely (depending on if you have a PC) it will be a Microsoft program which allows you to copy pictures onto the writable/rewritable CD's.
