Okay, so I was wondering how I can choose a computer that's connected to my network through a router to not connect to the internet.

I have a Linksys router, model BEFSR41

We have 3 PC's and a PS3/XBox360 all connected to the Router, and I need to be able to deny internet access to one of the computers. But just one of them, without effecting any of the others.

Is there a program to do this FROM my computer? Or is there a way on my routers page (192.168.1.1) and controls to do this?

Well, I'm not really sure how to deny internet access only; but you can block all network access but blocking the computers hardware address (MAC address) through the routers homepage.

EDIT: Ugh, why was the IP address removed? 192.168.1.1 or *.0.1 is a very (VERY) common IP for routers and network devices. Nothing revealing was disclosed there.

Alright. Is there a way to find out the MAC address from the router page if I know the name of the computer? And where would I go on the router page to block the MAC address?

It's 192.168.1.1

There is no way to do it without putting some sort of security on one.  You could purchase the Network Magic software to have more control.

Bottom line is, you need to get a password on your network, then put the password in on everything except that computer.

Why do you need to do this?

I have the ROUTER password, to access the router page and setup and stuff.

I need to do this to prevent my younger brother from accessing the internet at certain times because he's been disobeying my mom, and he keeps finding ways to get around being grounded, so she enlisted in my help to find a way to disable his internet without doing anything physical to the computer (like unplugging the Ethernet, because he knows to check that if his internet isn't working)

Well, I honestly have NO experience with anything other than D-Link and Siemens routers and switches.

Generally, the device homepage will have a page somewhere that lists all the connected devices, (including machine name and MAC address) and another page that allows you to allow/disallow machines based on MAC addresses. If the homepage is anything like D-Link routers, it should allow you to pick by computer name, and then you don't need to know the MAC address at all. As far as specifics though, I honestly have no idea for your model of router

Well, if it's a temporary fix, you can use the free trial and if you like it then buy it of Network Magic.  We have it, and my dad blocks me out repeatedly.  You can impose time restrictions, etc.

One other option is to password protect his computer?

Also:  For finding out the MAC address, what OS does HE have?

I have something called the DHCP Client table that shows the MAC address, but there's two computers with the same name (of course @_@) so if I Check the box with whichever computer it is, and hit delete, then refresh, it removes the computer, but doesn't seem to disable the internet from the computer because it just returns to the list.

I also have something called a Filter under Security, and a MAC Filter Settings page.

I can't physically touch his computer or put a password on it or he'll flip out and destroy my computer >_>

He has XP, but I found the DHCP Client table thing gives the MAC address. I just need to find out how to work the MAC Address filter page thing I guess...any idea about that?

The MAC Address filter page has something like:

Filtered MAC Address: [1~10]

     mac 1: [ 0 ]
     mac 2: [ 0 ]
     mac 3: [ 0 ]
     mac 4: [ 0 ]
     mac 5: [ 0 ]
     mac 6: [ 0 ]
     mac 7: [ 0 ]
     mac 8: [ 0 ]
     mac 9: [ 0 ]
     mac 10: [ 0 ]

hhaaha, You're in the same state as me, I could be there in an hour :D

But how about a screenshot of your routers page/options and stuff?  making sure to blur out all personal things, of course.
