HAHAHAHAAH @ extremely intelligent. Your opinions =/= serious now.
He HAD to be intelligent if he could get on the modsquad. Think about that.
He isn't even deemed an intellectual member. Intelligence isn't a requirement
How do I become a moderator? Strictly speaking, there are two pre-requisites that absolutely must be met before you are able to submit an application: You must become a Peer and/or Tech Support Leader. You must have attained the rank of Executive (). However, you should be aware of the fact that there are other factors that will be factored in to your chances of being promoted. For example, your time on LiveWire is an important aspect. LiveWire is not the type of website that you can come to and immediately understand. It takes time to understand the community, the varying and sometimes conflicting aspects, and to generally grasp the website as a whole. You should allow yourself to gradually comprehend the community over a large time frame. Another factor that is heavily considered is your recent behavior record. While no single infraction automatically disqualifies you, a large number of repetitive negative interactions with LiveWire moderators will certainly hinder the process. You should try to keep a relatively clean record if you wish to maximize your chances of being promoted. Once you feel confident that you've met all of these stipulations, the next step is filling out the moderator application. The application begins with an 'exam' comprised of 36 questions based on your LiveWire moderation understanding, how you handle personal interactions, your supportive nature, and even your grammar skills. The second half of the application is a type of questionnaire, which asks you everything from how you would handle black and white rules, to requesting that you explain your total number of removed replies. The application process is lengthy, but if done correctly, will prove to be highly helpful in achieving your goal. Note: You can clear your submitted moderator application at any time. To access the clearing page, click on the My Account link on your sidebar (far left/right of your screen), and then click on the link to the far right entitled "Moderator Application."
If you ask me, Wayne meets the requirements more than he does.

Argue about things that will make a difference Alexia, raise legit questions and don't provide him a shadow to become if he ever does become a moderator. Tbh, I'm happy you brought up the avatars when you thought there was something wrong.

Providing a shadow? My judgement isn't the final say, so they can only take it into consideration. I've read the requirements to become a moderator, and Wayne meets every single one. I know this doesn't mean he's automatically in. Which is why I'm asking what the delay is for.
the delay is for a number of things people debating about mods/no mods people bringing up other issues the insane logjam of mod apps world hunger one of those is a lie tho
You're giving mods a good name with your insightful responses. Those have been the same delays since the sight was founded. I'd rather you not respond than respond with stupid reasons like that. World hunger?...LOfuckingL. Seriously?
