It's a good thing that being a support leader has almost nothing to do with being a moderator. Even so, I'm more than capable of providing support when it is required.

This is actually quite an interesting point, because right now we moderate SL moderation as an SL issue, not a moderator issue. I think the latest excuse was "because they're integral parts of each other!" along with a personalized opinion of the member in discussion "they won't listen anyways," when I suggested we just ask that they stop using their moderation powers before demoting them completely.

I agree with you entirely though, they should be separated.

I'm annoyed when other moderators are hypocritical enough to enforce this statement but be like "omg demote!" when it comes to an SL fucking up (actually if I remember the action in question, it wasn't even a wrong action) moderation tasks.

On topic with actual OP:
I've not even looked to see if xphoenix even has a moderator application in, that's how much they attract my attention. Though I will say, I tend to disregard 90% of LiveWire members and their drama.

Edit: oh wai, I commented already in July. Shows you how much I pay attention. :P
