Oh shit, I didn't realize this was the "College forum." In that case, if I were you, I would just block him so he cannot text me anymore, and just tell him off. If he continues to be a problem, perhaps inform your english professor or go to the dean about it.

the next class he started messing with me. not in a funny ha ha way in a completely irritating i want to hit you way. like ill be reading in the hallway and he will take my book and lose my page. or ridicule me all through a presentation. the creepy part was when one day he txted me and said he wanted to date me 
i told him i have a boyfriend and he said oh we can work around him!!! finally i got pissed off and tried my best to ignore him. it didn't work and in class last week he was doing the same shit except for he kept flicking my in the throat! over and over again. i told him he was pissing me off and he told me im a bitch and need to leave him alone!
