I have a personal blog (Which...isn't so personal since it's on the webz.) and I have no idea how to code. I've tried searching tutorials but really, all I get is stuff you have to do in Photoshop. I may try, but it sounds iffy.
I'm not asking anyone to make it for me, because I would like to learn to do my own graphics and coding, but I need a little help finding a tutorial that spells it out clearly.

http://www.getpaint.net/ From what I know has everything photoshop has but for free. There are tutorials on the site and as for coding if you make the image I can probably find a site that turns it into a HTML code.

If you want to learn how to make your own blog via. coding, then I suggest looking at w3Schools. I used it last year (instead of the crappy text book,) and it helped me a lot in my web design class.
If you're looking for a graphic designing place, try either Sumo Paint, Pixlr or Aviary. :)
