I go to a school that is mostly made up of wealthy people.

Therefore, a lot of people at my school take 8 academic classes a year, because they have the money to get several tutors at a time, and take classes online.

I don't, so as a result, I've only taken 6 AP classes, and 6 Honors classes over my highschool career, because I know I would not be able to handle anymore. I'm proud to say that I have done pretty well in most of my classes, and on AP/standardized test exams without the help of tutors/classes.

I'd say that's pretty rigorous, but in comparison to my school, it's not. I feel like colleges will go "Oh, she's really lazy".

It depends on where you're applying. It think if you took that many and did well(especially without a tutor) it'll look good on college applications and you'll be just fine.
