How can you be so numb and still feel so much pain?
The thoughts are clawing at you, slowly eating you away.
Fat. Ugly. Hideous.
And even though you feel so low, you somehow find a way to act so vain.
All you ever think about is how you look, and how much you weigh.
It's becoming pathetic; you can't let this control you.
But it's hard to forget that sometimes the bile rising in your throat is your only escape.
The thought of food is making you sick; and you hardly ever eat, but nobody has a clue.
And although the destruction is starting to pay off, you will never accept your shape.
If comfort is what you seek, why go to these extremes?
This is no way to find yourself; you're just drowning in puke, blood, and tears.
If you don't stop now, nobody will hear your pleading screams.
Help, I can't get out of this mess. Help me, please.
You didn't listen, I hope it was worth it; have a good life living with your fears.
