Pardon me for not knowing the situation exactly considering I am neither a moderator or a person that frequently talks to heather.
Didn't this happen before too though? I think back then points were actually transferred or something and that was later cleared too. Considering it's not her first time (to be warned of such things even if it didn't happen) more drastic actions would seem appropriate, though a DoS perhaps not.

No, but I've never seen anyone get warned for joking about noods (without anything in PM or point transfers). I'd probably get warned too if I had PMd heather with points as well. Considering this is a different situation and my history accounts for the fact that I was clearly joking and not being serious at all. I'm not saying I agree with the moderators decision for DoS, but I'm just saying these two situations are not the same and aren't really comparable, imo.
