my friends dont share the same moral values as me...(they would think i'm slipping into the bad-crowd). I just want to try it, i dont want to go somewhere further with it.

And i'm 17. And what kind of alchol should I start out with and how much of it?

A beer would probably have less of an effect. Half of the experience is social though, so maybe try to get someone to drink with you? Different alcohol taste very different too. I'm not sure which taste you'd prefer more - beer or chardonnay.

If you do it alone it might just be boring and disappointing. And be careful not to pour too much in case your parents notice.

Your first time drinking should be with your friends at a party or the beach or something, not by yourself in the kitchen. Also get alcohol you will like eg: mixers not beer or wine.

Hahaha I thought you would be like 12. Who're your friends? The Tellitubbies?  Damn.  Most well adjusted kids your age are into vodka and shit.  Thus, for you, I'd recommend sparkling grape juice.

Chill asswipe. I didn't say all. But this kid's 17 and hasn't even tried it? And his friends'll think he's in the "bad crowd" if he tries it? Damn. I'd say 95% of kids that I went to highschool with had gotten shitfaced even before starting highschool. The " bad crowd" where I went were heroin dealers and meth addicts. And I live in an extremely affluent town in American suburbia. This kid's probably a senior in highschool and is asking for advice on how to sneak wine out of his parents liquor cabinet? Yeah, I think that qualifies as being pretty fucking weird.
