Why would God allow the holocaust to happen? While children was being burned, tortured, and hanged and six million Jews were starved, worked to death, and gassed for no apparent reason and he just didn't do anything. I'm not questioning God. In my English class, we was talking about it and I'm curious to see what you all think God allowed the holocaust for.

it's not like god could have done anything. he doesn't do anything at all. he's just there to explain things happening in the past. cause he's not allowed to actually prove he exists by making a huge miracle like the holocaust not happening. he has the power. but he doesn't use it.
