I dont smoke square, only "4:20". and that only like at the end of the night before bed.
My friends that smoke cigs however, they smoke them like they're going out of style!!! It's gotten to the point that whenever they try to quit, their heart starts hurting, I want to guess because of the lack of nicotine. I read online that heart murmurs(sp?) build up and can be painful, unless of course you take a drag, then you and your heart become content, for a lil bit....

it's real easy to not smoke if you don't buy packs... speaking from experience.
although i completely understand where you're coming from. i've been pretty good lately even though i've been drinking, which is when i tend to smoke the most. just hate waking up in the morning with a cough that sounds like i have pneumonia.

Roommates do....we just have packs lying around.
I think coffee honestly makes me crave it....my favorite thing in the world used to be to get up and have coffee and a cig.
