There was this girl I liked a lot, but then I found out she had a man, as u can guess I was a little mad, but eventually started to talk to someone else. But 4 some strange reason, i cant but help think about the girl w/ the man. but also the fact i might have 2 work w/ her, I guess what im tryin to say is how do I get over this girl.

an affective technique for me is what many people call suppression. But, fuck that, it works well.
All you do, is whenever you find yourself thinking of her you yell "SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!" in your head, and out loud sometimes, and try desperately to find something else to think about... at first you'll do it consciously, but eventually you do it subconsciously, and you ahve to do it less and less.

Because you've moved to someone else, but you're not over the girl. If she's with someone, let her be happy, I know its hard to watch her with someone else, but if she's happy thats all that matters, right?

As far as your new girlfriend, I think it might be best to either work on the relationship and become close with her, or temporarily break it off to make sure you are actually interested in her and not just companionship.
