So i was drunk and asleep on the couch. My friend's brother comes back after a nite of drinkin and woke me up(ive only seen him 2x and he dont live there. We didnt even speak before this) and told me i couldnt sleep there and took me to their dad's bedroom(his dad wasnt home) he asked me if i wanted to have sex and i told him i just wanted to pass out. And im knees to chest tryin to pass out and he takes his pants off and starts having sex with me from behind. I didnt know what to do so i just layed there pretending i was still asleep. Then he tried to take my pants off and i was moving a lil but didnt say anything to him, then he started having sex with me missionary for about 5 sec. and then i threw up(not anywhere near him, over the side of the bed)and he asked me if i knew where i was and everything and said dont 446 yourself(it was 4:46 am) and left. I KNOW ITS NOT RAPE, but at the same time i feel like i was. Like i seen him a couple months after and started freaking out and shaking. It's been prolly 5 months and it still makes me depressed when i think about it and i have a hate for him...

The thing is, it really wasn't rape. She never said no, and she did not resist it in any way, she basically just laid there and didn't care.
I can understand the hate for him though. Why don't you talk to him, and tell him how you feel about what happened and that you hate him for what he did because you were too drunk to say no.
